TERMS OF SERVICES

Welcome to DesignYow. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. SERVICES
DesignYow is a digital design agency providing UI/UX design services including dashboards, websites, mobile apps, and branding assets. All service scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be confirmed through written agreements prior to project commencement.
- PAYMENT
All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed milestone schedule before any deliverables are released. We reserve the right to withhold work until payment is received.
If you are on a retainer or fixed-day package with a pause feature:
- You may pause the project for a maximum of 60 calendar days.
- If the project is not resumed within 60 days, the remaining balance will be considered expired and non-refundable.
- Clients are encouraged to communicate any pause or resume plans in writing.
- Intellectual Property
DesignYow retains ownership of all original design concepts until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, required assets, and approvals to avoid delays. Delays caused by client inaction may affect timelines and deliverables.
- refund policy
Due to the customized and creative nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced or a design slot has been reserved.
However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If the final output does not meet the agreed scope, we will provide additional reasonable revisions to resolve the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after project start
- Lack of response or delays on the client’s part
- Completed work as defined in the initial scope

DesignYow will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
